WG Lead for IT Project in the Nordic Energy Sector

Nordic RCC is seeking a Senior Working Group Lead for an IT project focused on the regional implementation of the Flow-Based Capacity Calculation methodology in the Nordic electricity market. The WG Lead will manage the coordination between various stakeholders, including TSOs, NEMOs, and the Regional Coordination Center (RCC), to ensure the smooth progress and successful implementation of the project. Responsibilities include managing working groups, facilitating go-live management, ensuring quality control, and aligning business needs across all stakeholders.

Key qualifications:

• Experience with regulated sectors or critical infrastructure, especially energy markets.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate complex projects, particularly software development.
• Multi-stakeholder management and product management expertise.
• Experience with Flow-Based Methodology and CGMA is preferred.
• Fluent in English.

The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2025, and end on March 31, 2026, with potential extensions. The consultant will work remotely, and when needed from the office of the Customer located at Copenhagen Towers, with occasional travel across the Nordic and EU regions.
