We are seeking an experienced Senior/Strategic HR Business Partner to join our Nordic People Team, based in Oslo. This is an exciting opportunity to lead key HR initiatives across Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. You will partner with senior leaders, lead change management, and oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development. In this role, you will also ensure compliance with local legislation, contribute to employee engagement, and act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support business transitions
- Oversee talent management, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and minimize business risks
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships to drive HR programs and initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience across Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden with a deep understanding of local labor laws
- Experience in senior HR roles and successful execution of payroll
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making
